AnneSisteron.com offers free shipping worldwide with the following guidelines:

Free Domestic 2nd Day shipping via USPS or UPS
Free International UPS Expedited Worldwide which takes 2-5 Business Days.

*Please Note* Due to the nature of its contents all packages shipped require a signature upon delivery.

** Please Note ** All Domestic customers selecting Overnight Delivery will be charged and all International Customers selecting Priority Delivery will be charged.

*** Please Note *** AnneSisteron.com does not offer free worldwide shipping for repaired and returned items.

**** Please Note **** All International Orders may be subject to incur duty and freight fees for customs clearance upon the arrival into the receiver's country. The customer is responsible for these fees, AnneSisteron.com is not liable for these costs.

***** Please Note ***** Orders that total $150 or below are not eligible for Free Shipping

****** Please Note ****** International Shipping for orders less than $250 will be charged a $45 flat rate for shipping

Returns
Item(s) must be returned within seven (7) business days of receiving the merchandise in its original condition unworn and with tags attached to be eligible for refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if return does not comply with this policy.
Refunds will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase if item is returned within seven (7) business days of receiving the merchandise. Any item without tags will not be eligible for refund.
We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning an item (s)
All returns will be processed within approximately 7 days upon receipt.

** Please Note ** All returns need to be properly insured through the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) as AnneSisteron.com is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

Repairs
At AnneSisteron.com we believe in offering the best quality fine jewelry pieces to our customers. Due to the delicate nature of fine jewelry, should any light damage occur, we are happy to repair it for you. However, should any major damage occur after your purchase, we are no longer responsible for those repairs, but will be happy to do so for you at the cost of the repair.

Exchanges
Please email info@annesisteron.com within 7 days of receiving your item for exchange assistance. Due to the unique nature of our merchandise, we cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchanges.

Holiday Returns/Exchanges
Any item purchased from 11/15/15 to 12/25/15 has until 1/15/16 to return the item for refund or exchange as per the return/exchange guidelines above.

Special Orders
If you do not see the color or size you are looking for online, each item can be special ordered and is offered in 14KT or 18KT rose, white or yellow gold.
